Levi's, currently on a crusade to sue its competitors over pockets, is the most lawsuit-happy company in the apparel industry (#7 overall). Perhaps more bizarre: Best Western, Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins also rank in the top 10 list of litigious companies.
